Please install a hotComm Windows product, and try this link again.

To install hotComm CL, go to http://www.hotcomm.com/downloads.asp and Download hotComm CL for Users.

When installation is done, hotComm CL starts automatically and connects you to the 1stWorks Network. When you are connected, the earphones on the hotComm headset icon in the lower-right corner of your Windows taskbar (icon/system tray) are colored red and blue.

Then:
  1. Delete Temporary Internet Files or clear browser cache. How to ...
  2. Try the connection link again.

Note: if problems persist, try again with Internet Explorerer 7.0 or higher, if possible.
